All our shopping transactions are handled through our providers Big Cartel, Bookly and Apple App Store. All our financial transactions are handled through our payment services provider, Stripe. Storing your personal information

We only store personally identifiable information for a maximum of 6 months. We then destroy or completely anonymise it.

In order to provide you with the best possible service, we will ask you to complete two surveys; you will need to complete an initial survey before you use our services, and you will also have the option to complete a feedback survey after you have used our services. The information collected via the aforementioned surveys will be stored within Surveymonkey for up to 6 months after it has been collected. It will then be downloaded and anonymised.
